How much is the delivery fee?
Free and fast delivery is available on all orders exceeding £100 for mainland England, Wales and Scotland*. This excludes offshore locations and Scottish Highlands where an additional fee of £25 applies, please contact our sales team for a quote. For orders under £100, the delivery charge is £16.95. Free delivery is available on all artificial grass accessories along with samples. Please contact us for any further enquires surrounding our delivery fees.
How long does delivery take?
Once the payment has been processed and received, if your order is 50kg or less, it will be dispatched within 24-48 hours. (Due to COVID-19, please allow for a two-week delay before ordering). Orders over 50kg are sent using our own transport and will usually take between 3-7 working days. This time can vary as we have set delivery days for specific regions of the country. Please enquire if you need further information regarding this.
What does your delivery service include?
We offer a one-man, kerbside delivery service. Drivers are not obliged to carry the items into your property, some drivers will do so at their own discretion. Please be aware that drivers may require assistance with larger items and that size and weight restrictions may require specialist courier assistance and therefore delay delivery. PLEASE NOTE: This is our busiest time of year, therefore expect some delays on your delivery (2-week working delays).
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Go Artificial Grass, therefore, we operate under a 30 day returns policy.
We request that you return the item back to us in the original packaging and the products in the same condition as at the time of purchase. We are unable to accept a return of any items that have been cut or fitted therefore we request that you inspect your products fully before you do so.
Returns are the customers responsibility to arrange, so we ask that you find a professional courier who will provide you with insurance for your return. We cannot accept, refund nor replace any damages sustained during this process.
When returning your goods, please provide a letter containing your name, order reference (return reference) and date, with a brief overview of why you are returning your product. This helps us process your return as efficiently as possible.
You can usually expect your refund within 72 hours of the goods being received and inspected.
It is important to note, we offer free samples across 95% of the products on our website, therefore, we accept no responsibility for orders that do not match your specification where a sample has not been ordered beforehand. In such situation, we will refund your goods but will not be accountable for the arrangement or costs of the return. We reserve the right to deduct any original postage costs incurred by ourselves before the refund is processed.
